Full Tilt Poker ReviewBanking: NETeller, ePassporte, FirePay, VISA, MasterCard OpponentsThe players at Full Tilt Poker have greatly improved from what they
were two years ago. Before, this room was largely populated with ultra-tight
players who wanted to match up against other expert poker players and
with bonus hunters who knew exactly how to play the minimum to get their
cash out. Now, partly thanks to the fact that Full Tilt is one of the
few poker rooms still accepting US players, it has a large userbase of
fish who Game SelectionFull Tilt Poker offers the standard games of online poker. Texas Holdem,
Omaha Hi and Hi-Lo, and Seven Card Stud Hi and Hi-Lo. They also offer
a much less common poker game called Razz. Their game selection isn't
quite as varied as one would like. The no-limit tables for all games are
fairly well filled, but the fixed limit games tend to be limited to Texas
Holdem. As was mentioned earlier, it's very tough to find a loose table
here. The pros who sponsor the site play often, so you can always have
a chance to sit down and have a game with one of them – or at least
watch the action. If you're looking for somewhat easier, looser games
stick to the no-limit tables. Rewards/Bonuses/JackpotsThis is where Full Tilt Poker completely squashes any competition. They
offer an amazing first-time deposit bonus of 100% up to $600. The industry
standard is 20% up to $100. The downside is that the money is doled out
somewhat slower than most other poker rooms, especially when you’re
playing the lower-limit games. However, you should be able to earn $3-6
bonus dollars per hour even then. In addition, they occasionally will
offer very nice bonuses of 50% up to $300, and they have a system called
Full Tilt Points, which allows you to get special prizes and bonuses simply
for playing lots of hands. Although they don't currently have a running
jackpot, this is definitely the highest first-time deposit bonus out of
all the online poker rooms. TournamentsThe tournaments at Full Tilt Poker are, like the site itself, still growing.
Not counting the tough competition, they don't have nearly as many options
as the older and more popular rooms do. That being said, the tournaments
are run extremely well and are extremely entertaining, especially when
you get one of their pro players in one. Their sit-n-go tournaments can
be terrific, but their multi-table and heads-up seem to be lacking. As
I said before, they're still growing, so expect many more tournaments
with some higher payoffs soon. Customer SupportTheir support is another great aspect of this poker room. They have some
of the nicest, fastest support available. While they currently only offer
email support, their average response time seems to be between 3 and 5
minutes. Cashing out is extremely simple and fast, as well as being completely
reliable. You have to jump through some hoops to get a check mailed to
you, but using NETeller or FirePay is easy. The security of this site
is state of the art and seems to be kept up to date very well. Overall Rating
